Research Triangle Region

The area covered by Wake, Orange, Chatham, and Durham counties has traditionally been known as the Research Triangle Region.The best known cities in the Region include Raleigh (the capital) the home of NC State University, Durham the home of Duke University, and Chapel Hill the home of the University of North Carolina (UNC).  Additionally, the Town of Cary has been ranked as one of the top places to live in USA for many years.

Other up and coming towns include Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Clayton, Hillsborough, Moncure, New Hill, and many others.

Recent activity in the Research Triangle Region has driven the average price of homes to record highs as many new corporate headquarters are under construction: Amazon, Apple, Google, VinFast, and others.  Established companies with considerable growth include SAS, Citrix, Redhat, Epic Games, and many others.

The quality of life in the area has been one of the biggest draws for people relocating given the wooded areas, outdoor recreation, easy access to beaches and mountains, and of course the incredible academic and sports at the local universities.

Our Region is definitely a great place to call home!
